Once payment has been processed for a Vehicle Report, the order is considered final. Cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
The customer changes their mind after purchase.
Incorrect details are provided by the customer.
The report has already been generated or is in the process of being generated.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the details submitted for the Vehicle Report are correct. Errors or omissions in the information provided by the customer do not qualify for a refund or cancellation.
Refunds or adjustments will only be considered if the Vehicle Report cannot be provided due to a technical failure on our side. In such cases, our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the report.
By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and accepts that the service is non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is made.
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
-Multiple Charges: If you notice multiple charges for the compilation of a single report, we will rectify the situation and refund the extra charges.
